Supa Mario

Supa Mario is the host DJ and record producer of D-Block Records,born and raised in The Bronx, New York,United States. Mario is also the President of the company, he has been responsible for the everyday operations of the label since its creation in 2001. This was only his latest achievement, he was also Head of Promotions at Bad Boy Entertainment from 1992 to 1999, but he really had his start at Uptown Records in 1990 doing Promotions.

Technique

Mario uses his connections to the streets and his relationships at radio to spearhead all of the movements he was responsible for. He also capitalized on his production skills and his knowledge of creating a "good record" to help solidify him as one of the world's elite Tastemakers.

ound Effects

Supa Mario uses sound effects from various video games to substitute "shout out" on his music. He always got a better response from not talking all over the tape, so he found a way to add a certain signature to his creations.
