Adrian James Martyn

Adrian James Martyn (born 1975), is local historical writer in Galway, Ireland. He is the author of "The Tribes of Galway" (2001), and several prior and subsequent articles dealing with aspects of local history. He remains the only known Irish historian in living memory to have challenged someone to a duel.
