James Thomas Donovan

James Thomas 'Ace' Donovan (born July 8, in San Mateo, California) is an American radio/television personality.

Jim Donovan is a sportscaster whose career has seen him on the airwaves in San Francisco, Denver, Detroit, Tucson and Phoenix. He has covered Major League Baseball and the National Hockey League, but is best know for his knowledge of the National Basketball Association.

Donovan's career began at KNBR radio in San Francisco and has most recently seen him as the host of 'The Big Show with Jim Donovan' in Arizona.

James is also a tournament blackjack player who plays under the name 'Ace'. Ace Donovan recently finished 4th in one of the Ultimate Blackjack Tour's events held in St. Kitts in October 2006.
