Polist River ( _ru. река́ По́листь) is a river in Novgorod Oblast, Russia, a left tributary of the Lovat River. It starts from Polisto Lake, flows north-east, and joins the Lovat at its delta. A historic town of Staraya Russa is situated upon Polist. The river is navigable downstream Staraya Russa.
