HMAS Madang (P 94)

HMAS "Madang" (P 94), named for the settlement of Madang in New Guinea, was an "Attack" class patrol boat of the Royal Australian Navy.

She was built by Evans Deakin at Brisbane in Queensland, launched on 10 August 1968 and commissioned on 29 November 1968.

"Madang" paid off on 14 November 1974 and was transferred to the Papua New Guinea Defence Force.
