- Samara Oblast
Samara Oblast ( _ru. Сама́рская о́бласть, "Samarskaya oblast") is a federal subject of
Russia (anoblast ). It is located in theVolga Federal District . The administrative center is the city of Samara. During theRussian Revolution of 1905 it was home to the short-livedStary Buyan Republic .Area: 53,600 km²; population: 3,239,737 (as of the 2002 Census).

President of Russia to implement external bonded loans (Presidential Decree № 1212, dated 12.10.1997 “On Creating Conditions to Conduct Loans Operations on the Internal and External Capital Markets”).References
