David Rachford

David Rachford, CPA is the founder of The CPA Marketing Center in Santa Barbara, CA, which provides marketing services and products to Certified Public Accountants, and Tax Accountants.

David Rachford was born on March 11, 1971 in Corcoran, California.

He graduated in 1989 from Tulare Union High School in Tulare, California.

After High School, he joined the United States Navy, and was a Damage Control Specialist, reaching the rank of Damage Controlman Second Class (DC2).

After the Navy, he attended Santa Rosa Junior College, and received an Associates of the Arts degree in 1996. He then transferred to the University of California at Santa Barbara (UCSB) majoring in Business Economics with an emphasis in Accounting. He graduated UCSB in 1998.
