The Czech Golden Hockey Stick is an ice hockey award given annually to the top player from the Czech Republic. It has been awarded since the 1993-94 season, after Czechoslovakia split into the Czech Republic and Slovakia. It can be given to any Czech player, whether in the National Hockey League, the Czech Extraliga, or elsewhere. Ten of the twelve winners since 1994 have been based in the NHL.
Jaromír Jágr has won this award more than any other player: nine times. Dominik Hašek has won it five times, including three times in Czechoslovakia prior to 1994.
