Lance Norick (born September 20 1968 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma) is a former NASCAR driver. He competed in the Busch Series and the Craftsman Truck Series during his tenure, posting several top-tens. Before racing in NASCAR, Norick raced in the FF2000 open-wheel circuit and in motocross. He presently races remote control cars. He is the son of Ron Norick, a former mayor of Oklahoma City.

Norick made his NASCAR debut in 1996 at the start of the season, qualifying and finishing eighteenth in the #19 Macklanburg-Duncan Dodge Ram owned by Walker Evans. Midway through the season, his team switched to Ford and was bought out by his father Ron, and he completed the season driving the #90. Norick had a ninth-place run at Bristol, finishing eighteenth in points. The next season, Norick ran just fifteen races, gaining financial backing from several NHL teams, and posting a tenth at Homestead, finishing twenty-fifth. The NHL returned for 1998, and Norick had a best finish of seventh at Sears Point International Raceway, but failed to qualify for two races, causing him to finish 23rd in points.

Norick started 1999 with sponsorship from Big Daddy's BBQ Sauce, but that deal was later dropped, and he ran most of the year unsponsored, posting a ninth at Watkins Glen and finishing 20th in points. His team also switched from Dodge to Chevrolet during the season. In 2000, he qualified for every race for the first time in his career, and finished sixteenth in points with backing from Aventis Behring.

In 2001, he had the only three top-fives of his career and finished a career-best 11th in points. He was able to run in 2002 with sponsorship from Express Personnel Services. He had five top-tens and finished 13th in points. The next year, his team shut down due to a lack of funding, and he began racing in the Busch Series. He ran seven races with Carroll Racing and Braun Racing, his best finish a seventeenth at Nashville Superspeedway. He has not raced in NASCAR since.

He currently is a professional radio-controlled car driver as well as producing parts for them and organizing professional competitions.
