Seamoby

The Seamoby Candidate Access Router Discovery, or CARD, is an experimental protocol outlined by [http://www.ietf.org/rfc/rfc4065.txt RFC4065] . According to the RFC, it is designed to speed up the hand over of IP devices between wireless access routers.
