Jacob Lillyman (born March 1, 1984 in Richmond, Queensland) is a rugby league player for the North Queensland Cowboys in the National Rugby League competition.

Lillyman attended Columba Catholic College, Charters Towers, where he was a boarding student for a while. Lillyman Made his State of Origin debut for Queensland on Wednesday 14th June 2006 coming off the bench in the 53rd minute.
