Buyasta

Buyasta

Buyasta is a MUD engine, a software framework that handles interaction between participants in multi-player computer games. It is written in the Python programming language.

The engine is named after Bushyasta - a demon of sloth and lethargy - because it is easy to procrastinate using online games. The difference in spelling is accidental.
