Phatso is the title of a 2006 album released by Jamie Madrox of the Psychopathic Records group Twiztid. It is considered to be Madrox's first solo release, though he had previously released two other CDs under the pseudonym/alternate identity of Mr. Bones. The title of the album makes reference to Madrox's style of music, which many be considered to be "phat",Fact|date=July 2008as well as to his size (he was taunted as a child for being overweight.Fact|date=July 2008 An obvious take on the derogatory nickname "Phatso", Madrox used the title as a means to turn this negative stereotype into a positive statement about himself and his music. Phatso was released on Psychopathic Records on May 16, 2006 and contains 14 tracks. In its first week of release, Phatso reached number one on the Billboard Top Heatseekers chart and number three on the Billboard Top Independent Albums chart.

One week after the initial release of Phatso, Jamie Madrox released an alternate recording of the album known as Phatso: The Earth 2 Version, which was intended to be sold on Twiztid's 2006 Guillotine tour and on the Psychopathic Records webstore, [http://www.hatchetgear.com Hatchetgear] . The Earth 2 Version of the album contains a number of remixes and alternate versions of some of the "Phatso" songs, as well as guest artists, extra skits, and an additional song that did not appear on the original release. Showing Madrox's love of comic books and DC Comics titles in particular, the name of this remix album is derived from the Earth-Two storyline that has been featured in DC books.
