Hizen, Saga

was a town located in Higashimatsuura District, Saga, Japan until it merged on January 1, 2005 to be a part of the city of Karatsu.

As of 2003, the town had an estimated population of 8,841 and a density of 189.48 persons per km². The total area was 46.66 km².
