Following the ending of the first film, Lok (Simon Yam) is now holding his position as triad boss unthreatened. As time goes by, a new election time nears, Lok contemplates breaking with triad tradition, attempting to seek re-election for himself. This caused much controversy and conflict within the triad. At the same time, Jimmy (Louis Koo) is trying to escape the triads by building a legitimate business empire in mainland China, but it wasn't easy because of complicated issue raised from the
Chinese Government . Their stories lead to one unexpected ending...Cast
