Asiata Sale’imoa Va’ai is a Samoan politician and lawyer. He is Member of Parliament for the territorial constituency of Satupa'itea and the former leader of the Samoan United Independents Political Party.

Asiata is the son of former Prime Minister Va'ai Kolone. He has a Doctorate in Law.
