Lisa Welch (born November 11, 1960 in Aberdeen, Maryland) is an American model and actress. She was "Playboy" magazine's Playmate of the Month for its September 1980 issue. Her centerfold was photographed by Ken Marcus and Pompeo Posar.

An Army brat, Lisa moved from place to place during her childhood, eventually settling in the San Francisco area. She graduated early from high school and studies fashion retailing at the College of Marin. After graduating with her degree and drifting from job to job, Lisa landed at "Playboy's" modeling agency, where she was chosen to be a Playmate.

She appeared in 1984's "Revenge of the Nerds" as Suzy, a sorority girl, and in 1981's "" as a Vestal Virgin.

After her Playmate duties and an acting career, she settled in an avocado ranch outside of Los Angeles, where she and her husband have raised nine children, including her three stepchilden. The family has a winery, and the ranch has been the host of several TV shows, including "Dynasty" and a season of "The Biggest Loser".
