Redford was born in a small suburb outside of Detroit, Michigan. At a young age she started dancing at Deborah's Stage Door, one of the best dance studios in the nation.Spencer competed and won at Best New Talent in 2000. With the representation she received at the Showcase, she has booked many exciting roles. Spencer can be seen in several movies and tv shows including but not limited to "Even Stevens", "The Young and the Restless", "That's So Raven", "Joan of Arcadia", Pixel Perfect, "Arrested Development", and Shanghai Kiss are just a few of the many projects.
