Jakob Poulsen (born 7 July 1983) is a Danish football defender playing for AGF Aarhus. He has played 16 games for the Denmark under-21 national football team, and was selected to represent Denmark at the 2006 European Under-21 Championship. He started his senior career with Esbjerg fB, before moving to SC Heerenveen in 2006. He joined AGF Aarhus in the summer of 2008.
