broadcast studio , from which somelocal programming originates, is located on theUniversity of Georgia campus . The main stationtransmitter andradio antenna are located east-southeast of Athens.Since
1993 ,broadcast translator W250AC at 97.9 is also located on the UGA campus. UGA also has astudent radio station, WUOG FM 90.5, which uses a differentradio tower on campus than W250AC.There are three other translators which are listed in the FCC database as relays of the station.
