April 5 ,1952 ) is an American politician fromGreeneville ,Tennessee . He is currently serving his second term in theTennessee General Assembly . Eddie was elected to serve Tennessee's 11th district in theTennessee House of Representatives . He is married to Carolyn, and they have two sons, Jordan and Tyler. Eddie graduated from South Greene High School. He also earned a B.S. fromEast Tennessee State University .Biographical information
