Plot

J.D. chooses Alex over Elliot when the two argue over missing medication. Elliot is very hurt, and won't even speak to him. Later, J.D. finds the pills on Alex's purse and they break up. He apologizes to Elliot, who confesses she was jealous of him while they rush to bed. Meanwhile, Carla gets a ride with Dr. Kelso and for a brief moment starts to believe he may actually be a good person. He proves her wrong after she hides behind his car avoiding being seen with him by the other nurses. Turk develops a conflict with Dr. Cox after J.D. finds out Dr. Cox has secret feelings for Carla.
