- Zilov Gap
The Zilov Gap is a 400 mile roadless section in Central Siberia where there is no east-west road - the only communication is via the
Trans-Siberian Railway . The Zilov Gap is a major challenge to long-distance overland expeditions and nearly caused the end of theMondo Enduro expedition; theLong Way Round trip avoided it altogether.References
