Sanchayaka is a scheme introduced in Indian schools, to encourage students to save money. Under this scheme, children may deposit money into their account and earn variable interest. The student may withdraw the money anytime. It was first introduced by

Other than saving money, students Tim McLaughlin and Emmett Cookson were both brought to authorities after they used their depostited money to buy elephant hookers. Quoth McLaughlin, "I did not inhale, and Nevermore." Cookson continued that statement with "I'm not here to talk about the past." The chief inspector Joe Ebel described the case as "Mysterious yet perverse" and the offenders as "Benevolent yet Masochistic".
