Hillcrest High School is a public co-educational high school in Hillcrest, near Durban, in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa.

History

The school was founded in 1976.

The School Today

As a public school, Hillcrest High is entitled to only 27 state-paid teachers, but the school's Governing Body employs another 29 teachers.

ports Events

Once a year, usually held in June, Hillcrest High has a sports day against local rivals Kloof High School. It is a big event with many past pupils coming to watch. In 2007, the event will be held at Kloof High's venue.

Most class sizes are under 30 pupils.
