It has the same ownership as Montreal's major bus terminal, Station centrale d'autobus de Montréal. The station is located at 265 Catherine Street, on the north west corner of Catherine and Kent, just north of Highway 417, the primary expressway through Ottawa.
Most buses serving the station are operated by Greyhound Canada. Destinations from Ottawa include Toronto, Montreal and Sudbury (connecting to western Canadian cities).
A Van Houtte Buffet outlet is the station's restaurant facility, the only such facility that Van Houtte operates outside Quebec [ [http://www.vanhoutte.com/en/our_coffees/locator/index.php Van Houtte] ] .
