Foxit Reader v1.3 is the latest version which runs on Windows 95 and NT 4.0, v2.0 the latest for Windows 98. Foxit Reader displays one of several advertising icons on the upper right side of its main toolbar. Prior to version 2.3, each different advertisement icon could be hidden from the View menu, with a different advertisement displayed each time the reader was opened until each one had been hidden. Currently, however, hiding an advertisement icon only hides it for the current session the reader is open.
