Omer Clyde "O.C." Aderhold (November 7, 1899 – July 4, 1969) was President of the University of Georgia (UGA) in Athens from 1950 until 1967.

Aderhold was born in Lavonia, Georgia on November 7, 1899. He graduated from UGA in 1923 and received a master's degree, M.A. from UGA as well in 1930. He went on to receive his Ph.D. from Ohio State University in 1938.

Joining the faculty of UGA in 1929 as associate professor of education, Aderhold he became dean of the College of Education in 1946. He was named President of the University in 1950.

Aderhold retired in 1967 and died in Athens on July 4, 1969. He is buried in Oconee Hill Cemetery in that city.
