Xavier Musca

Xavier Musca (born February 23, 1960 in Bastia, Corsica) is a French economist, writer, and public administrator. As of 2007, he is the General Manager of Treasury and Economic Policy of France. Since 2004, he is chairman of the Paris Club, a group of financial officials from 19 of the world's richest countries.
