Unlike From Bubblegum to Sky's debut "Me and Amy and the Two French Boys", "Nothing Sadder Than Lonely Queen" was well-promoted by Eenie Meenie. The official website sold promotional merchandise for the album including silk posters, buttons, stickers, t-shirts and autographed copies of the vinyl edition of the album (signed by Mario Hernandez).
