- Wolfgang Wüster
Wolfgang Wüster is a herpetologist and lecturer in
zoology at theUniversity of Wales .Wüster attained his bachelor's degree at the
University of Cambridge in1985 and his doctorate atUniversity of Aberdeen in1990 . His primary area of research is the systematics andecology ofvenomous snake s. He has written almost 100 scientific papers on varying herpetological subjects [http://sbsweb.bangor.ac.uk/%7Ebss166/Publications.htm] and is the scientific editor for "The Herpetological Journal", the scientific publication of theBritish Herpetological Society . He routinely does field research in locales the world over, and has worked with other renowned herpetologists such as Dr.Bryan Grieg Fry of theAustralian Venom Research Unit and Dr. Joe Slowinski. His research has led to a major reorganization ofelapid taxonomy .External links
