History
The team was established in 1974. That season, they won the league title.[1] For the 1977 season, the team was renamed the New England Oceaneers. After the 1977 season, the team moved to Indianapolis, Indiana and become the Indianapolis Daredevils. [2] The Oceaneers played their home games at Pierce Field in East Providence, RI. In
