This album = Bubbling Over (1973)
Next album = Jolene (1974)"Bubbling Over" was a 1973
Dolly Parton album. It was produced by Bob Ferguson (though, as with all of Parton's earlyRCA albums,Porter Wagoner also had an uncredited hand in the production), and included the country top twenty single "Traveling Man" (not to be confused with theRicky Nelson song of the same name), a rerecording of a song which Parton first included on 1971's "Coat of Many Colors " album. "Afraid to Live and Afraid of Dying", a rare topical song by Parton, makes mention with theenvironmentalists of the early '70s.Two different versions of the album were released: the normal two-channel stereo version and a Quadradisc with four channels of sound.
