Deep within the mountains of Empire City, an ancient power has awakened, and it is up to six unlikely heroes to band together and save the city from the monster known as Monolith. In this issue the Cadre are thrust into battle against the incredible power of HADES as something evil escapes into the sewers of Empire City.
