William Joseph (born September 3, 1979 in Miami, Florida) is an American football defensive tackle who is currently a free agent. He was drafted by the New York Giants 25th overall in the 2003 NFL Draft. He played college football at the University of Miami.

Joseph earned a Super Bowl ring with the Giants in Super Bowl XLII.

Joseph was signed by the Oakland Raiders but was released on September 2nd putting his career in doubt.
