Francisco Rivera Ordóñez

Francisco Rivera Ordóñez (born 3 January 1974 in Madrid [cite web | url = http://www.rmcr.org/t3x.htm | title = Dinastías Rondeñas | accessdate = 2007-04-29 | work = Plaza de Toros de Ronda | language = English ] ) is a Spanish bullfighter.

He is the son of Francisco Rivera and Carmen Ordóñez. His father’s second wife was Isabel Pantoja, with whom Cayetano has a half brother, Francisco Rivera Pantoja.

He belongs to a long line of famous bullfighters: his father was Francisco Rivera Paquirri; his brother is Cayetano Rivera Ordóñez; his grandfather was Antonio Ordóñez, his grand-uncle was Luis Miguel Dominguín, his cousin is Jose Antonio Canales Rivera.

He has one daughter, Cayetana Rivera y Martínez de Irujo (born October 16, 1999), from his marriage with María Eugenia Brianda Timotea Cecilia Martínez de Irujo y Fitz-James Stuart (XI Duchess of Montoro, born November 26, 1968) on October 23, 1998. The couple divorced on 2002. Eugenia's mother is the current Duchess of Alba, Cayetana Fitz-James Stuart.

Rivera Ordóñez, who is known in the press as Fran, was the subject of a book: "Death and the Sun: A Matador's Season in the Heart of Spain," by American journalist, Edward Lewine.
