Ṭe

unicode|Ṭe is an additional letter of the Arabic alphabet, derived from unicode|tāʼ (ت) by replacing the dots with a small unicode|ṭāʼ (ط). It is not used in Arabic itself, but is used to represent a voiceless retroflex plosive (IPA: IPA|/ʈ/) in Urdu.
