Kendriya Vidyalaya Maligaon

Kendriya Vidyalaya Maligaon is a high school located in the Maligaon area at Guwahati, Assam (India).

It is one of the top schools in Guwahati and provides quality education to the children of Central Government employees, especially employess of Indian Railways, and Army and Air Force personnel.

The school was started in 1980 after a petition was filed by Northeast Frontier Railway (N.F.Railway) employees with the Indian Railway authorities and Kendriya Vidyalaya at Delhi. The petition was filed to start a KV in the Maligaon area for the children of railway employees working in Railway Headquarters at Maligaon
