15 February 1985 ) is a football player who is currently playing for Eastwood Town having joined from Ilkeston Town in July 2008. James Beaumont after a bust-up with coachPeter Beardsley . During the late stages of the 2004-2005 season as a 18 year old, Gardner managed to get into the first team and has made a few appearances. Beaumont had failed to do what his team mate did and was loaned out to Darlington during the 05-06 season.In November 2006, he joined Port Vale on loan, a deal that was made permanent two months later. He was released by Port Vale in May 2007.
Gardner joined Ilkeston Town in the summer of 2007. Despite being offered a new 1 year deal, Ross decided to join
