"Not to be confused with "Transcendental Meditation", also by The Beach Boys."

"TM Song" is a song written by Brian Wilson for the American pop band The Beach Boys. It was released on their 1976 album "15 Big Ones". The song features Al Jardine on lead vocals, but every group member is featured on a spoken intro, which sets up the theme of the song: An improvised (and impassioned) five-way argument goes on in the background, until one of the band members "approaches" the microphone, and in response to the stress, says "Whew!" Time for me to meditate!" Then the music starts. The lyrics mention the Maharishi.
