The Idaho State Liquor Dispensary is an agency of the government of the state of Idaho that maintains a monopoly on the sale of all alcoholic beverages that exceed 16% alcohol by volume.
The current superintendent of the Dispensary is James M. "Dyke" McNally, appointed to the office in 1995. McNally is the part owner of a family farm and vineyard.
