Emil Karl Henry Kåberg (born
February 2 1978 inHallsberg ) is a Swedish professionalice hockey player. He is currently playing forFärjestads BK .Kåberg is known for his physical game of playing and he is forming, together with his linemate in Färjestad
Per Ledin , a duo called "the Bruise Brothers".Kåberg played for the Allsvenskan club
IFK Kumla from 1994 to 1995 and from 1996 to 2001. During the 1995/96 season and parts of the 1996/97 sesaon Kåberg played forFrölunda HC s juniorteam, but he returned back to Kumla in 1996. In the summer of 2001 he signed withBofors IK , also an Allsvenskan club. He played with them for two and half season and became "the most hated player in Allsvenskan" [http://www.eliteprospects.com/player.php?player=774] . In January 2004 he was transferd to theElitserien clubFärjestads BK . In his first full season with Färjestad, 2004/05, he set the record for most pentalty minuts in one season (regular season) in Elitserien with 203 PIM. In April 2006 he won his first Swedish Championship.He is undrafted.
