Scott Starks (born July 23, 1983 in St. Louis, Missouri) is an American football player who currently plays cornerback for the Jacksonville Jaguars. Attended Hazelwood East High School, the same high school as fellow and former NFL players Jamar Fletcher (CB - Detroit Lions), Brandon Williams (WR- San Francisco 49'ers), Terrell Fletcher (former RB - San Diego Chargers), and Bryan Fletcher (TE - Indianapolis Colts). He started 48 of 51 games during his career at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where he recorded 230 career tackles and six interceptions. Starks is best known for his recovery of a Kyle Orton fumble for a touchdown at Purdue that won the 2004 Pontiac Game Changing Performance [http://www.pontiac.com/divisional/newsevents/news_divisional.jsp] . He was selected by the Jaguars in the third round (87th overall) of the 2005 NFL Draft.

Scott's compassion for humanity is shown through his devotion to serving the homeless and disadvantaged at the Clara White Mission. Scott's humanitarian spirit also shows through his presentation of the Scott Starks and Clara White Mission present "Star and Strikes Celebrity Charity Bowling". Scott and some of his close friends will participate in order to bring awareness to the homeless situation in Jacksonville and as a fundraiser for the Clara White Mission. The event takes place at Jax Bowling Lanes on Beach Blvd on July 19, 2008.
