He started 48 of 51 games during his career at theUniversity of Wisconsin-Madison , where he recorded 230 career tackles and six interceptions. Starks is best known for his recovery of aKyle Orton fumble for a touchdown atPurdue that won the 2004Pontiac Game Changing Performance [http://www.pontiac.com/divisional/newsevents/news_divisional.jsp] .
