The Hudson School is a private, nonsectarian, coeducational day school located in Hoboken, in Hudson County, New Jersey, United States, serving over 200 students in fifth through twelfth grade.

The Hudson School was founded in the fall of 1978 by Suellen Newman, with the financial assistance of the Geraldine R. Dodge Foundation, as an alternative to the available educational institutions in the local area. The Hudson School has an upper school which sends its students to some of the best colleges in the nation. The high school students are provided one-on-one meetings with teachers and a comfortable and very free learning environment.
