Jeffrey Hardy is an Atlanta based Rock singer/songwriter. With strong influences in Rock and Pop music, Jeffrey tries to connect to modern society with pure Rock and Roll hooks. The lyrics in the songs provide a look into a life of a real person, following life's ups and downs while pushing to make it somewhere in this world.....
"Well I was born on November 8th 1988, and what a great day that was.......Music became an escape for me as a young kid, and I always wanted to be different than everyone else that centered their entire life around rec. league sports. So, I started learning how to play guitar by getting my father to show me some stuff every now and then but mostly just listening to what sounded good to me and trying to make some cool noises. I didn't start singing until I was probably 15 and needless to say I badly sucked at it...true story. Over the past four years I've tried to learn this natural instrument that we have in a voice, and I've tried my hardest to just be a student of singing by listening to some of my favorite singers. If you were to ask me who those people are I would probably give you a different answer every day of the week, but recently I have enjoyed people such as Layne Staley, Chris Cornell, Paul Rodgers, and Roy Orbison. If you're wondering who those people are....the lead singer of Alice in Chains, Soundgarden, Bad Company, and "The man that sang Pretty Woman". The past three years of my life I've tried to play piano and cello and other random stuff, but I am not Elton John or Yo-Yo Ma at either of them. Needless to say I will continue to love learning anything I can about music in general and I will continue to write songs that will hopefully inspire or be loved by at least one soul in this world."
