Knights of Ålleberg

The Knights of Ålleberg, Sweden, are according to an old legend, the ghosts of twelve knights that died in the battle of Ålleberg in 1389. The legend says that the ghosts are trapped inside the Ålleberg-mountain, waiting for a new war to wake them up so they can fight to save the country and show themselves worthy to finally be accepted for heaven.
