C W Kimmins

Dr C. W. Kimmins was an educational psychologist and was appointed chief inspector of the education department of the now defunct London County Council in 1904. His influence on children's education was significant. He was also the husband of Grace Kimmins (Chailey Heritage, the Guild of the Poor Brave Things) and a great influence on her work.
