Anne Wilkinson (née Hails), was a fictional character in the Australian soap opera Neighbours, played by Brooke Satchwell during the character's first appearance in 1996 until her departure in 2000.She and her twin brother Lance were part of the popular group of school children of that generation. Anne's relationship with Billy Kennedy was a big storyline. When Billy left for a carpentry apprenticeship, she realised she could not live without him, and followed Billy a month later.

Billy and Anne are still together, though there has yet to be any mention of a wedding. In 2006, news of Anne's pregnancy reached Ramsay Street via a phone call Billy made to his mother, and Anne later gave birth to a son named Jackson.
