Founded in 1969, the school is part of theinternational Seventh-day Adventist Church education system.The school was established in 1969 by John Hammond with 18 students and has grown to approximately 880 students today. As early as 1995 the school only had two building, the white building at the top of the school (which is due to be knocked down and a new set of classrooms built in a matter of months) and the old Primary school rooms (which are being knocked down in a matter of weeks, but since then has had major redevelopments done to it, and will continue to do so.Extra-curricular Activities

Led by two of the school's teachers, this choir has toured Queensland and Northern New South Wales as well as Victoria, and have even recorded there own album entitled "Better Way" which was put together entirely by the students.
