Peter Maneos

Peter "Pietros" Maneos (born December 16, 1979) is an American model, poet and writer. He was raised in King of Prussia, PA.

Peter attended The Haverford School and Northfield Mount Hermon before attending The University of Miami where he majored in English Literature and minored in Classical Antiquity. He first gained notoriety within popular culture in 2001 with his appearance in the famed Abercrombie and Fitch Quarterly photographed by Bruce Weber. After this he became a well-known model appearing in International Male, BodyBodyWear and a plethora of fitness magazines.

In 2001, Peter under the pen name 'Pietros Maneos' published a poetry collection titled The Soul of A Young Man, in Rome, Italy which was dedicated to his lost love Maria Arena. Due its Baroque style and emotional intensity, his poetry was compared to Pablo Neruda and Lord Byron.

In 2005, Peter published his second work Poems of Blood and Passion, which was dedicated to Natalia Pinheiro. He continued with the Byronic themes of lost love, forbidden passion, and personal angst. In January 2006, Peter appeared on the MTV documentary series "". This led to him being featured on CNBC's The Big Idea with Donny Deutsch where he debated steroid use with Superstar Billy Graham, among other panelists.

In January of 2007, Peter formed [http://www.FitnessWorkoutsInc.com FitnessWorkoutsInc.com] with his friend, Alex Daley. Peter is planning to release an arm workout on April 1st, 2007 through FitnessWorkoutsInc.com.
